Cancellation Policy
Payment is due in full at the time of booking, including a $245 cleaning fee and a 10% Placer County transient occupancy tax (calculated after fees are added). All bookings are final. We cannot offer refunds, including for weather-related problems, such as closed or difficult roads, unexpected storms, and utility outages.
